Welcome to BootLearn. By accessing or using the BootLearn website (bootlearn.in) and our mock test platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. User Accounts

To access our test series and analytics, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Sharing account access with multiple users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on BootLearn, including but not limited to mock test questions, reading comprehension passages, logical reasoning sets, solutions, videos, and analytics algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of BootLearn. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

Access to our premium features (e.g., the BootLearn Premium Bundle) requires payment. All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateway (Razorpay).

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but changes will not affect past purchases.
• Refund Policy: Because our product is a digital good where access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please utilize the free tier tests available to gauge the quality before purchasing a premium tier.

4. Acceptable Use & Platform Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our platform and simulate real exam conditions:

• You agree to take tests honestly without the use of unfair means.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the BootLearn platform.
• Device Restriction: Full-length mock tests are heavily restricted to desktop and tablet devices to enforce exam-like conditions. Attempting to bypass these restrictions via emulators violates our acceptable use policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

BootLearn provides mock tests and analytics to aid in your exam preparation. We do not guarantee admission to any institution or specific percentile scores on the actual CAT/MBA entrance exams. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BootLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including downtime or data loss.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service (including account sharing or content piracy).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
